You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant Mochi Studios a limited license to process and publish content as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content and usage rights are lawful.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

Generated outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before publication. You are responsible for final editorial decisions, legal compliance, and downstream use of outputs.

6. Fees and Billing

Any paid plans or services are governed by applicable pricing terms. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security concerns, legal obligations, non-payment, or material violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, specific engagement outcomes, or error-free performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mochi Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mochi Studios from claims arising from your content, misuse, or violation of law or these Terms.
